Focus your administrative skills to manage daily workflow of mail and data for the team who distribute payments to FCC's partners and vendors.
What you'll do:
- Monitor and manage the Accounts Payable mailbox, distributing work to the team while ensuring all information is included and answering general inquiries
- Provide continuous monitoring of payments and following up with internal partners or venders to request refunds or credit due to duplicate payments
- Distribute payments and mail including internal mail requests and delivering cheques to the mail room
- Self-starter who works independently and makes decisions based on established policies and procedures
- Confident, strong communicator with an ability to multi-task
- Trusted team member with an eye for detail
- A certificate in business or administration (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
