Bayview Group is a growing local Winnipeg construction company providing heavy construction services such as road building, sewer and water, concrete recycling, and all municipal services to our communities.
We are looking to expand our team and are currently accepting resumes for the following position:
Full Time Accounts Payable Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Full cycle Accounts Payable
- Review and distribute invoices
- Data entry
- Process credit card and cheque payments
- Field inquiries from various third parties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Provide assistances to reception as needed
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in Accounts Payable and/or in an accounting environment
- Must have excellent data entry skills in both accuracy and speed
- Must be detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Professional telephone manners
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs and accounting systems
