Receptionist/Administrative Assistant & Accounts Payable

Schedule and confirm appointments; Record and relay information; Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail; Obtain and process information required to provide services; Manage Accounts Payable; Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas; Deliver and pick up messages by hand; Calculate billing charges; Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages; Receive and issue payments. Must have valid drivers license and own vehicle. Preference is given to those familiar with Thompson.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

• No weekends

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• administrative assistant: 1 year (required)
• receptionist: 1 year (required)
