Job Summary:
We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors/clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with billing and invoicing using QuickBooks
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing correspondence
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and scanning documents
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Assist with customer support inquiries via phone or email
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
- Proficient in typing and data entry
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks for billing purposes
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
