Administrative Assistant – Part-Time

The successful candidate will be a fast learner and be detail oriented. The ability to multi-task with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude are excellent qualities to possess in this position. The candidate must be proficient in general office tasks and excel at both verbal and written communication. Being bilingual (French/English) would be a great asset but is not required.
THE IDEAL CANDIATE:
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workloads and effectively manage tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships with staff and clients.
- Client service oriented, assisting our clients to achieve financial success and peace of mind.
- Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of office management skills and the ability to multi-task in a busy front-desk environment with frequent interruptions from staff and clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing administrative and secretarial support for executives and senior management.
- Greeting and directing clients in a respectful and courteous manner.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Resolving administrative problems and inquiries.
- Generating reports and handling multiple projects.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Carrying out administrative duties such as: filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
- Other duties as required and assigned, especially as they relate to improving the firm and sharing workloads.
