Administration Student

Summary:

The City of St. Catharines is looking to fill various Student Administration positions for the upcoming season.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries by the public at the counter and on the telephone
• Open and process departmental mail
• Prepare various correspondence and memos
• Process payments and fees, balance and prepare deposits
• Filing, data entry, faxing
• Other miscellaneous clerical duties
• Each position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic and a demonstrated commitment to enhancing a safety culture

Position Requirements:

• Enrolled in full-time studies the semester preceding the upcoming summer and returning to full-time studies the following September (Proof of enrollment is required)
• Enrolment in an Administration Studies Program is preferred
• Cash experience and excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Available to work commencing early May

Hourly Rate: $16.67

Expected Work Location: Various City locations, St. Catharines
