Position Overview
The core responsibilities of the Summer Student – Lindsay Office is to provide administrative support to the Agents.
Position Responsibilities – (100%)
Answer all incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate Agent
- Answer all incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate Agent
- Greet customers when they come in the office and direct them accordingly
- Sort incoming and outgoing mail
- Monitor the Agent Email Box and send to appropriate person
- Scan backfiles into the Cognition+ system
- Other duties as they arise
Education Level:
High school or college/university and will be attending college or university in the fall
Type of Experience:
Administration, Word, Excel, Computer knowledge
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:
