Administrative Assistant

Exact Industrial is a fast-growing multi trade industrial contractor located in Cambridge. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Qualifications

-High School diploma

-Fluent in English both written and verbal

- Reliable transportation (no bus routes available)

-Available full time Monday to Friday

-Must be able to currently work in Canada

-Knowledge of MS Office (Excel is a must)

- Experience in Payroll and A/P would be an asset

-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Tasks

-Data entry and tracking

-Create spreadsheets for payroll

-Print and match time sheets

-Email pay stubs to employees

-Assist with ROE’s

-Ensure all A/P invoices have PO’s attached

-Complete credit applications

-Assist with setting up vendor accounts

-Answer electronic inquiries

-Confirm banking information with vendors

-Investigate and respond to vendor questions

-File, sort and upload documents

-Review vendor statements

-Provide support for other admin staff
