```Duties```
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, and place orders as needed
- Track incoming field reports; safety reports, site reports, etc.
- Assist with data entry, file management, and document preparation
- Timesheet preparation including tracking different tasks; i.e. rakeout, backpoint and beam pocket progress tracking and submissions
- Monitoring heaters twice daily and preparing submissions logs
- Provide general clerical support such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Assist with organizing meetings, conferences, and other events as needed
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Exceptional customer service skills
