Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining databases
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Conduct research and compile data as requested
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English & French, oral & written
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Previous experience in an office setting preferred (e.g., dental receptionist, medical office)
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread documents for errors
This is a full-time position with regular office hours from Monday to Friday.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
