Administrative Assistant

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information to callers
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining patient files
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns
- Utilize computerized systems, including Google Suite, to perform various administrative tasks
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $16.55-$17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
