Job Description:
Providing clerical support to the managerial, sales and financial teams
Qualifications:
· Minimum high school diploma
· Previous experience in an office/administrative role
· Strong English communication skills
· Proficient in Word and Excel
· Experience with QBO an asset
Responsibilities:
· Copying, filing, email correspondence, telephone communication
· Ordering office supplies
· Matching packing slips with vendor invoices
· Entering payables into accounting system
· Submitting weekly payables for approval
· Matching expense receipts to credit card statements
· Entering settlements in Scrap software
· Entering purchase orders and sales orders in Scrap software
· Ad-hoc duties to support the Managerial, and Trading teams
