We are hiring for a permanent position within a friendly office environment.

The ideal candidate will be a positive, energetic individual that excels with customer service and administration. We have a small, family run law firm looking for a growing team! The ideal candidate for this permanent Administrative Assistant position will include strong conversational and phone skills, be task oriented and able to prioritize tasks, friendly and confident. This opportunity is for a front desk position to be a first point of contact at our small Law Firm. A regular day will include assisting with answering phone and directing calls to the appropriate staff, filing and clerical duties and assisting with administrative duties such as faxing, scanning, printing, booking appointments etc.

This permanent position will pay - Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:15 pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
