Administrative Assistant

Giftware Importer located at Hwy. #7 & Hwy. #404 area in Markham has an immediate opening for an Entry Level Assistant working in the Marketing Department/Administrative/Sales support. Duties for this 2 month contract position include Photography of new product, Daily Online catalogue updates, primary support for our Sales Reps and Customer Support. This successful candidate must have excellent Photoshop knowledge, verbal and written English skills as well as an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel. They will also be energetic, reliable and responsible. This contract could roll into a full time position.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Salary: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week
