Designer Blooms is a floral studio in Burnaby, BC.
Administrative Assistant wanted at a floral studio in Burnaby for the Valentine's Day Season
Tasks would include:
Assisting studio manager with day to day tasks
Order processing and dispatch
Encoding orders - must be proficient in Excel
Customer service - must be comfortable answering phone calls regarding orders
Prep tasks such as preparing dispatch materials and wrapping bouquets - all training will be provided
Experience using Shopify a huge bonus
Experience working in a floral store is a huge bonus.
Must be available to work Valentine's Day week 7th-16th February
Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 1 week
Salary: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
