Essential skills required for this position are:
Strong organizational and management skills, adaptable and innovative approach to planning and operations, ability to prioritize and multitask with considerable attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure, and excellent Microsoft Office skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.

But wait, there’s more! As our Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for: assisting all departments in filing, scanning, creating, and organizing documents and records, assisting the Finance Department in organizing receipts, payments, invoices, payroll, WSIB, account statements and CRA-related documents, assisting the HR department in performance reviews, onboarding, and offboarding processes, updating and maintaining security codes, office keys, and the office schedule, organizing weekly meetings and taking minutes, and managing the facilities.
Your education and experience are important to us. We would prefer:
1. A minimum of two years’ related experience (but if not, we are ready to train you).
2. Completion of high school and some college/CEGEP/vocational program, or completion of university.
