```Duties```
- Manage and coordinate small project operations and scheduling; maintain service contracts, ordering parts and materials
- Some inventory management
- Technician Dispatching: create work order tickets and managing the schedule
- Handle all types of administrative tasks, including filing and data entry
- Respond to Service calls & emails
- Back up to the Office Administrator when needed: Run payroll, compile government remittances for payment
```Qualifications```
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Computer literacy is a must, we Jonas suite of software, we will train you on the system but this candidate has to be able to pick it up quickly
- Maintain confidentiality & privacy of sensitive information
