TEAM 2000 REALTY Inc., Brokerage is seeking an Administrative Assistant as well as Hostesses/Reception Desk Attendee for their New Home Builder Sales Office in Hamilton (specifically Mount Hope and Cambridge).
The ideal candidate(s) for this position will meet the following criteria:
- Excellent Presentation Skills with a Positive Attitude
- Punctual, Professional, Courteous, Outgoing & Energetic with the ability to work in a Team Environment
- Data entry and drafting of real estate related documents/weekly reports
- Providing administrative support to sales teams
- Proficient with computer programs and applications
- Microsoft office experience is a must
- Attention to detail and organization skills are an asset
Weekend Sales Office Operating Hours:
Saturday and Sunday 11am-6pm
This Position requires an ongoing commitment to weekend availability.
Additional hours may be available depending on the administrative support requirements of the sales office.
This position is a combination of a variety of administrative functions/reception duties along with required focus on data entry and deal administration, within a new home sales environment.
