We are looking for an Office Administrative/ Operations Assistant (Part-time to Full-time)
If you are an entrepreneurial person who is passionate about fashion and always wanted to start your own clothing line, this position will allow you to learn and understand how a clothing brand operates on a daily basis, including learning to use Shopify to fulfill daily orders.

This is a part-time to full-time position, meaning a full-time opportunity is available if your performance meets our expectations.
This role focuses on:
Email/ Phone Order Processing:
- Process orders received by Email or Phone using Shopify
- Edit orders based on customers’ requests
Customer Service:
- Answer telephone and solve customer’s requests/ problems.
- Relay telephone calls and messages to appropriate staff
- Reply to customers’ emails
- Providing administrative support
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Maintain contact list
- Help other team members with other duties as needed
Qualifications and Skills Requirement:
- Smart-working and fast learning attitude and desire to grow professionally
- High-level attention to detail
- Comfortable learning new technologies and skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where it requires changes based on customers' needs
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Able to prioritize and multi-task in a busy workplace
- Ability to solve problems in an efficient and effective manner
- Strong MS and Google Docs Editor Suite
- Strong written and verbal in English
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment
Nice to have:
- Previous work experience in administration or retail is an asset
- Second language: Mandarin / French
- Valid driver’s license
