Administrative Assistant

ABOUT US

We are a medium sized general contractor located in Woodstock, ON that has been in business for over 30 years. We focus on agricultural, commercial and industrial projects although we also complete residential projects. Our specialties are fabric dome structures and pre-engineered steel buildings. We service most of Southern Ontario.

We have an immediate need for an experienced Administrative Assistant.

Do not apply if you don't have Administrative Assistant experience.

Duties will include:

-Answer the phone in a professional manner

-Type up Quotes

- Data Entry

- Health and Safety

-Website and Marketing Updates

-Reconciliations

-Filing, Scanning, Printing, Copying

- PO's and Change Orders, warranty submissions.

Experience using QuickBooks is an asset, as well as bookkeeping.

Experience in the construction Industry.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
