Perlane Group is a commercial construction company with projects across SW Ontario, western Canada, and the United States. Some notable clients include: Tim Hortons, TACC Developments, The Beer Store, and the University of Toronto.
Perlane is seeking one Administrative Assistant to support our commercial construction and real estate division with day-to-day tasks. The successful candidate will work with project coordinators, project managers, and property management to assist with miscellaneous tasks such as, but not limited to:
- document scanning and storing
- improving document filing system
- answer phone calls
- prepare close-out document binders for completed projects
- provide reminders to ownership regarding due dates and meeting times
- other miscellaneous office tasks
The successful candidate must possess the following skills/experience:
- high school diploma
- strong communication skills (English proficiency is required)
- effective time management skills
- attention to detail
- working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs
