What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate will support ownership and work closely with both owners. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, is able to take initiative to identify where they can support and help. You must be able to work independently and work as part of the team effectively. The candidate will have strong administrative skills including experience with Microsoft word, excel, adobe, and have strong computer skills.
Job Description:
-Administrative duties such as scanning and printing
-Contract organization with clients, trades and suppliers
-Maintain files in an organized fashion including budgets and invoices
-Various administrative work including work in excel, word, and various other programs
-Assist and organize team building events
-Assist with onboarding and organizing HR items such as files, first aid certificates, and various other items
-Assist with social media and any marketing initiatives
-Overlook site safety program / complete site safety assessments / collect and perform toolbox talks as necessary. Training to be provided if no previous experience.
-Pick up and drop off permit packages
-Coordinate our team of labourers and Carpenters via a scheduling software
-Organize home owner handover gifts and do continuous care check ins to ensure happy home owners
-Photography organization and assist with award entries
-Maintain organization within office space
Required:
-Must have a valid drivers license
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
