Administrative Assistant/Receptionist (Permanent, Full Time)
Working in our busy Head Office location, this role serves as the first point of contact for visitors to
the organization while also offering administrative support to our management team.
YOUR IMPACT:
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Answer phone calls and general email inquiries.
- Sort and distribute mail and package delivery, maintain inventory and distribution of

Hours of work: 09:00-16:30 Monday-Friday (37.5 hours per week)
