Basic Requirements
- Secretarial College Diploma or two (2) years of experience working in an administrative position;
- Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures;
- Minute taking experience;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
- Ability to prioritize work tasks;
- Excellent organization and time management skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Demonstrate respectful attitude to patients, the public and colleagues;
- Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information;
- Tact, judgment and initiative;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to travel off campus for meetings;
- Eligible to work in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MAiD;
- Experience with regional programs;
- Experience with pre-hospital care, documentation and data management;
- Experience and/or qualifications in the principles of budgeting;
- Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
