Jokey North America is looking for an Administrative Assistant to report to the Human Resources Manager
The shift would be Monday to Friday 8am- 4pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Filing and organizing documents
- Assist with maintaining employee files, manuals, and training logs
- Complete data entry
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Experience working in an administrative position
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong time management skills
- Proficiency with database applications and administration systems, such as Microsoft Office
- Must be a highly motivated and team-oriented individual with an attention to detail.
