Scentroid, a leading provider of environmental monitoring solutions, is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an administrative Assistant. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to blend administrative tasks with customer service initiatives, contributing to the success and efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with job recruitment efforts, including drafting and posting job descriptions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Facilitate new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately.
- Support HR processes such as performance management, employee relations, and policy implementation.
- Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Monitor all incoming customer inquiries and technician requests through various communication channels, including email, phone, and ticketing systems.
- Prioritize and assign tickets to appropriate staff members based on urgency and skillset, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Follow up with staff to ensure that inquiries are being addressed promptly and effectively, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative support roles is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
