Frilan Appraisals LLP is hiring an Administrative Assistant to start as soon as possible, who must be available to work from Monday to Friday, and in between the operating hours of 9:00am-5:30pm. Provided hours per week may fluctuate based on workload. We are a busy residential and commercial real-estate appraisal firm, providing appraisal and consulting services to clients.
*Remote work/working from home is not an option, must be available for in-office work only.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond with clarity to a variety of general inquires and/or directs to the appropriate person.
- Formatting (using MS Word), proofreading, and sending (PDF format) appraisal reports.
- Handling payment transactions
- Opening/closing files
- Assist administrative and management staff by:
o Scheduling inspection appointments
o Data entry
o Researching
o Creating tables and graphs using MS Word and Excel
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Proficient with MS Word (Required)
- Basic knowledge with MS Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organized and detail oriented
- Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
- Administrative Assistant Certificate or previous experience in an office setting
Wage:
Starting wage is $19/hr.
