- Processing invoices by purchase order (check that goods were received, attach a cost centre & cost element to the invoice and send to Accounts Payable).
- General clerical, administrative tasks.
- Experience using SAP BW (Business Warehouse) preferred.
- The ability to be a Self Starter.
- A high attention to detail.
- Strong Outlook, Excel and Word skills.
- 12 Months contract position
- 5 days on / 2 days off
- Competitive Compensation
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
