About the role
A Bread Affair is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our amazing team here in Langley! You will be working in the office with 3-4 other staff, and will be responsible for taking on a variety of administrative duties such as managing inventory for the bakery, placing orders with our customers, ensuring staff are meeting key performance indicators (KPI’s), managing customer complaint logs, assisting with our organic certification, and updating standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
If you are someone who is eager to dive in & learn, with a proactive attitude towards tasks & challenges, have excellent attention to detail & be able to follow up thoroughly with tasks to ensure they are completed to our standards, enjoys a fast-paced work environment, and can work with minimal supervision, then this is the perfect position for you!

- Inventory management
- Customer service via email, phone, and in-person
- Point of Sales
- Data entry

Skill Requirement
- Minimum of 1-year experience in some area of Administrative Work (Required)
- Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, etc.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication - English
- The ability to work efficiently and maintain deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Organizational skills
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Precise attention to detail
- Strong multitasking ability
- Motivation and willingness to learn and grow as a team
