- Looking for a Full time Office Assistant for a fast-paced Home Healthcare business in Kingston. Duties will consist of :
- supporting the sales team,
- organizing files,
- input information into Quickbooks, Knowledge of QuickBooks online, is and asset.
- researching products, order forms etc.
- Communicating with clients and other professionals.
- Knowledge of Excel is must.
- Knowledge of equipment is not essential but helpful.
- Strong Organizational skills, the ability to multitask and good communication skills are a must.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44 per week
