Administrative Assistant

• Looking for a Full time Office Assistant for a fast-paced Home Healthcare business in Kingston. Duties will consist of :
• supporting the sales team,
• organizing files,
• input information into Quickbooks, Knowledge of QuickBooks online, is and asset.
• researching products, order forms etc.
• Communicating with clients and other professionals.
• Knowledge of Excel is must.
• Knowledge of equipment is not essential but helpful.
• Strong Organizational skills, the ability to multitask and good communication skills are a must.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
