We are looking for a full-time seasonal Administrative Assistant to join our team for the 2024 season (May-September). This position is ideal for a college/university student.
As an office administrator you will be the main point of contact for our client’s. You will be required to multi-task, answer the phone, respond to emails, create work orders, and communicate with Aveco staff.
Knowledge with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office is preferred.

- Answering the phone and checking voicemails

- Communicating with Aveco staff

- Perform other duties as required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
