Administrative Assistant (Temporary)

Wise Financial Service has a Temporary full-time opening for Administration Assistant/Tax Preparer for the 2022 Tax Season. This position is for a team player who is proactive with a strong work ethic, can handle a busy workload, and has a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have a strong client service focus, the ability to multi-task, organizational skills, and excellent communication skills. Tax Preparation experience would also be an asset.

Responsibilities Include

• Greeting clients
• Managing the front reception desk, answering/transferring calls, and retrieving messages.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
• Assemble tax returns, financial statements, and other presentation materials
• Scan client documents to a digital filing system
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties
• Tax Data entry and Preperation.

Requirements/Qualification

• Grade 12 or equivalent Education
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Excel, and Adobe.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong customer service skills
• Exceptional time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
