TKBC is an industry leader in Transport Refrigeration with applications including refrigerator trucks and trailers, refrigerated containers along with heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems for bus, construction equipment as well as other types of transport vehicles. As an Operations Administrator, your primary focus will be to interact with customers, other departments and manage many of the business’ key administrative tasks. This will involve answering all incoming calls to the main phone line, greeting walk-in customers, responding to incoming emails and managing things such as travel booking, company vehicle servicing, stationary supply ordering and other project work, as required. Keys to being successful in this role will include approaching challenges with a positive attitude, being organized and communicating proactively. Your goal should be to deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction with customers and team members – we want you to go above and beyond to exceed expectations.
Your effectiveness will be measured by your ability to meet or exceed KPI’s and objectives set out at the beginning of each fiscal year.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Answering all incoming calls on the main phone line
- Ensuring that calls are routed to the appropriate person and department and following up, as needed, to ensure that customers receive a timely response
- Greeting and assisting walk-in customers
- Responding to incoming emails
- Managing travel bookings for TKBC
- Developing a process for scheduling/managing the service/repair program for TKBC’s company vehicles
- Manage the Stationary Supply “Inventory” including ordering and storing of supplies
- Assist with creating and closing work orders
- Assist with the receiving of parts and equipment orders
- Additional projects and tasks, as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
