Job Description:
Titan Contractors (Kenora) Ltd., is committed to delivering quality service throughout Northwestern Ontario, and is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting office administration and accounting tasks.
Required Skills/Capabilities:
- Organization and Attention to Detail: Candidates must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Quick Learner: Ability to pick up new skills quickly, especially in using various software tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites: Strong aptitude in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on maintaining confidentiality.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic and changing work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication: Timely response to phone calls and emails, maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Vendor and Client Relations: Professional interaction with vendors and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Calendar Management: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and adjust schedules as necessary.
- General Office Tasks: Perform general office duties such as filing, maintaining office cleanliness, and organizing surrounding areas.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with diverse groups, building strong and positive relationships.
Requirements:
- Valid G driver’s license.
