Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, you will create the first impression of Fivepoint, providing exceptional customer service and support our office by performing various administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.

Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Management
a. Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
b. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
c. Maintain a clean and organized reception area,
2. Customer Service
a. Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and providing information about our landscaping services.
b. Assist clients with appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling.
3. Administrative Support
a. Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, photocopying, and filing.
b. Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
c. Input timesheets for staff.
d. Help with inputting job costing information.
4. Communication
a. Relay messages accurately and promptly to the relevant individuals or departments.
b. Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
5. Appointment Coordinator
a. Maintain and update client records, contact information, and appointment logs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This projected hours for this position will be 5 days/wk (10am-3pm) during the busy season and then scale down to 2 days/wk off-season with supplemental income benefits.
