Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your role will involve a variety of administrative tasks such as proofreading, typing, filing, and providing customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties including answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with data entry and document preparation
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Provide customer service and support to clients
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette
- Customer service-oriented mindset
