An exciting opportunity exists for an Administrative Assistant to join the team at our Tilbury location to assist with the continued growth and success of the company. We want people like you who share our vision to make a difference.
Responsibilities and Duties
What you’ll do:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office/facility.
- Handle office tasks, such as filing, reviewing and generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings and reordering supplies.
- Weekly newsletter, visitor coordination, crib/spare parts ordering, mail, petty cash, attendance administration and other activities to support the Plant Manager, Finance, HR and Technical Support.
- Provide polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3-5 years administrative experience (ideally in a manufacturing environment).
- High level of proficiency in word/excel/PowerPoint.
- Ability to work well with others in a fast paced team environment.
- Attention to detail, organization and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
