Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for data entry of insurance payment information into our practice management system. You will be supported by and report to the office manager. This is a part-time position located at our office at 5095 Yonge St. We are inside the Empress Walk centre located directly on the subway line with direct underground access to the North York Civic Centre station.
Duties:
- Data entry and file management
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in a medical office, dental office, or customer support role is a plus
