Orbis Express is looking for an Administrative Assistant for the accounting department to support the senior leaders in all aspects of daily routine work and future business planning. Must be able to work independently and communicates with internal and external stakeholders/customers in a manner that promotes positive and respectful relationships

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Administrative Assistant:
- Perform all front desk duties
- Maintain and update all reports
- Assist with bid forms and provide any necessary information
- Data Entry
- Organizing paperwork and filing
- Scanning and uploading documents
Job Requirements for the Administrative Assistant:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills
· Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to multi-task
- Team player, ability to recognize how individual actions affect the team as a whole
- Energetic, self-starter, ability to positively motivate employees.
- Ability to meet hard deadlines with customers
