We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Administrator/Bookkeeping Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our administrative and financial functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and a willingness to learn and grow within the position.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of bookkeeping duties, including but not limited to:
o Account Reconciliation
o Payroll processing
o Accounts receivable and accounts payable management
o Bank reconciliations
o Budgeting and financial reporting on various projects
o Utilize account software such as QuickBooks and other relevant tools to maintain
accurate financial records.
o Prepare, process, and store invoices, payments and expense reports
- Arrange meetings with staff, stakeholders, and potential clients (Google, Team, Zoom)
and retrieve company documents.
- Create templates and other official company documents/communications (Excel,)
Requirements:
- 2+ Years experience in Bookkeeping/Office Admin roles
- 2+ Years experience in using QuickBooks and Excel
- Proficiency using Microsoft office suite/Google business apps
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive can-do attitude
