The position of Rental Customer Service Receptionist and Administrative Assistant is a key position that must focus on excellence in performing various duties. You will be the first point of contact for our company. Supporting the sales team and providing customer services related to our Rental customer base, rental order entry duties and offering administrative support across the organization.
The following points outline the responsibilities:
- Front desk rental customer service is priority number one.
- Welcome guests and greet customers who visit the business.
- Take and input orders from: walk-in customers, over the telephone, or by email. (Data entry)
- Distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures).
- Inventory Tracking.
- Social media & advertising.
-Organize staffing events and outings.
- Perform other duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, email, scanning and create spreadsheets etc.
- Updating company system files, policies and procedures.
- Multi-tasking and ability to prioritize and switch between projects is key.

The successful candidate will:
- Be proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.
- Be detail oriented with fast and accurate typing skills.
- Be customer service oriented with attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
- Be able to prepare letters, forms, and emails.
- Be able to help with other admin duties.
- High school degree, additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
