Multidisciplinary physiotherapy clinic in Brampton is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.Must have at least 1 year experience in medical field, preferably medrehab In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations in our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and photocopying
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Skills:
-Knowledge of Universal Scheduling software
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in typing and data entry
- Attention to detail for accurate record keeping and proofreading
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
