Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

General duties include:

Front-of-house/Welcome services

Assistance with Consular operations

Receive/direct calls as appropriate

Prepare, receive, forward and distribute mail/correspondence

Monitoring of general email accounts

Assistance with Registry maintenance

Assistance with digital content creation/distribution

Assistance with conference, courtesy call and event setup

The ideal candidate has the requisite legal status in Canada to engage in gainful employment and is responsible, organized and detail oriented. Experience in the area of digital content creation is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
