We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team for 18 month materity leave.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office setting. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist families, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Maintain records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
