Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support (customer service, purchasing, accounting, etc.)
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
- Sell surplus equipment to existing and new customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience doing administrative functions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Previous experience in Inside Sales or a similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
