Job description

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support (customer service, purchasing, accounting, etc.)
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
- Sell surplus equipment to existing and new customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience doing administrative functions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Previous experience in Inside Sales or a similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We are seeking a motivated Administrative & Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for customer interaction.

To be successful in this position, you should have excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
