We are currently looking for someone skilled in office Administrative Support that has a keen eye for detail to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have at least two or more years’ experience in a not-for-profit organization and experience in administrative positions, demonstrating success in:
- Positive customer relationship management
- Managing, coordinating and assisting with multiple meetings and events
- Professional business writing, minute-taking and grant writing skills
- Committee administration and management
- Effective research, and reporting skills
- Professional business communications
Candidates should be able to describe their approach to providing positive customer service, effective community relations, and experience managing and building cohesive relationships, both internally and externally.
The successful candidate will be able to easily provide community support information to incoming inquiries in order to continue to build on our existing relationships with current clients and community members, while also providing an exceptional first impression for any new clients and contacts.

This is a full-time permanent position with a commencement date available as soon as the right candidate is found. All staff within the Chamber require flexible schedules as events, including our trade shows, and various events, will require availability on evenings and weekends that events take place.
