The Community-Based Organization (CBO) Contract Administration Unit is seeking a well-organized, responsible, and results-oriented individual to join the Unit as Administrator, CBO Contract Administration. As a member of our Administrative Group, you will be responsible for providing essential support to all key Contract Administration processes including:
  • Creating and distributing letters and general mail-outs;
  • Assembling contract packages;
  • Maintaining physical and electronic filing systems;
  • Tracking progress and completion of work on key deliverables; and
  • Maintaining up-to-date information on third-party service providers required for Contract Administration.
You will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the Unit staff and management including:
  • Maintaining office equipment and supplies;
  • Managing Access database payments; and
  • Managing Unit’s calendar and booking group meetings.
The successful candidate will have:
  • Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication;
  • Accuracy in completing tasks and attention to detail;
  • Demonstrated proficiency and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Pro;
  • The ability to work autonomously and be proactive and resourceful;
  • The ability to plan and prioritize workload to meet deadlines;
  • The ability to make decisions in accordance with prescribed procedures and practices; and
  • Understanding of confidentiality and being able to maintain it at all times.
Typically, the knowledge and skills required for this position would be obtained through a certificate or diploma from a recognized institution in office administration or related discipline.
