Plan and organize office services, including lodging, moving, forms, equipment, supplies, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security.
Analyze data and manage administrative tasks pertaining to contracts, budgeting, and project planning and management procedures.
Maintain inventory and financial controls, and assist in the creation of the operational budget.
Assemble data and create guides, letters, and periodic and special reports.
