Seeking Office Administrator / Receptionist to join our team at our private Occupational Therapy / Vocational Rehabilitation Company. We are looking for 2 days / week plus additional holiday/sick covereage, with a potential for more available hours as needed. This position is available immediately. Specific hours are negotiable, however the successful candidate must be available Fridays, and the remaining time could be flexible (ie two mornings per week plus fridays, or two full days, one being Friday)
The successful candidate must be able to work independantly as well as be a team player. They must be confident with basic computer programs (microsoft, adobe, outlook) as well as learn an electronic medical records (EMR) system. Medical terminolgy and experience with Quickbooks an asset.
Duties include Data entry, reconciling reports, proof reading OT reports, answering phones, taking payments, scheduling appointments for multiple therapists across the province, using SGI's Document website to download/upload medical information, Creating client files on the EMR.
Other duties: general office cleaning.
