Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, providing support to the office staff, and ensuring efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in office management software, and have experience in human resources. Responsibilities: - Manage all administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Assist with human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records - Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate records - Prepare reports and presentations as requested by management - File and organize documents both electronically and physically - Assist with vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships - Provide general clerical support to the office staff Requirements: - Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in team management is a plus - Knowledge of basic human resources practices and procedures is preferred This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to contribute to a dynamic office environment.
